This detached 4 bedroom Villa is built on a fully landscaped plot with an array of colourful Mediterranean flowers which boasts a secluded and private location.
The Villa is set on 3 levels and comprises 4 double bedrooms two with ensuite (all with fitted wardrobes), 1 family bathroom (all the bathrooms are built to a high standard with high quality materials) and a fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated appliances. There is a spacious lounge area with an incorporated dining room and feature archway for that traditional Spanish style. Outside the Villa benefits 3 terraces all separate with a good supply of outdoor furniture.
The Villa has the advantage of a communal pool. Aircon in one of the bedrooms & lounge/diner, Wifi.

Booking Notes

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.


Special Offer

There is an additional charge of 50 euros per week for the central heating during the winter months.

Bedroom 1Located on the ground floor, large double bed, built in wardrobe. This bedroom has the advantage of Aircon. This bedroom shares the main bathroom.
Bedroom 2Located on the ground floor, two single beds, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan. Casment doors to terrace. This bedroom shares the main bathroom.
Bedroom 3Located on the first floor, large double bed, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan. This room benefits from an en-suite. This bedroom is accessed via outside stairs and therefore is not suitable for young children.
Bedroom 4Located on the lower floor, two single beds, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, en suite shower and toilet. It also has its own terrace. This bedroom is accessed via outside stairs and therefore is not suitable for young children.
KitchenThis fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, four ring hob, blender, two sets of crockery and cutlery as well as a full range of pots & pans. Washing machine downstairs in cellar.
Lounge & diningroomThe Villa has a large lounge 8m2 long with incorporated dining area that has dining table & 6 chairs. There is a new TV with Video/DVD players and a CD/Radio/cassette player, Wifi. There is a SKY package on the TV. The lounge and dining area are Air condi


Further Notes on Accommodation

The Villa was constructed in 1998 to a high standard with all top quality bed linen and towels provided. It is one of a small complex of 12 detached homes and shares a large communal pool. It is located in a quiet and private position with open views to the rear over a valley. The nearest beach is El Portet at 2 km away, it is a downhill walk and uphill walk returning. The beach is very safe for children. There is an additional charge of 50 euros per week for the central heating during the winter months.

This property comprises 3 levels from the carport you walk down some steps to the front door, on this level there is 2 beds, bath, lounge/kitchen/diner. There is an external staircase leading to the lower and upper level.


Outside the Property

The Villa is fully landscaped with 3 private terraces all secluded with a good supply of furniture and sunbeds (they are kept in the cellar) BBQ. The pool is approx. a short 30 mtrs from the back of the villa, on a private path.


Details on the Coast and Beach

The nearest beach is El Portet just 1.9km away, it is an easy walk down to the beach with an incline on the return. The main beach in Moraira is just 4km away, where you will also find an assortment of restaurants, bars and shops.


Golf Details

Javea Golf Course is the nearest. There is also the Ifach in San Jaime Moraira at around 5km away. La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, approx. 30 minute drive


Travelling to the Property

The villa is in a great location with good local restaurants close by and easy access to interesting places up and and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive.


Useful Distances

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.


Further Details

Children are welcome. Changeover days are flexible. The villa will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
