The bright modern accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms, (3 on the lower floor and 2 on the upper floor) 2 bathrooms (1 in each accommodation) fully fitted American style kitchens and lounge/diners on both floors. Direct access to the 8 x 4 private pool from the downstairs level and via an external staircase from the top level. The house benefits from double glazing, and is west facing so has sun for most of the day. The property has stunning 180 degree panoramic views from the Benitachell church at night to the right across the vineyards to a sea view on the left. The villa is approx 2 kms from the beach,the house has roller blinds on the first floor as well as mosquito nets and rejas on all windows.

Booking Notes

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

Moraira and El Portet beach is a 10 min drive, and the resort of Javea is 20 mins, comprises 3 main areas, the town with its shops and boutiques, the port with many restaurants and bars, and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade


Golf Details

Javea Golf Club is a 15 minute drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 20 minutes and there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, approx. 30 minute drive


Travelling to the Property

Use of a hire car is essential, there are other coastal resorts up and down the north Costa Blanca all within a 30 minute drive and well worth visiting.


Useful Distances

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here
