Casa Rosey is a stunning villa spread over two floors decorated with a modern and contemporary look. With 3 double rooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a sofa bed, the villa can sleep up to 12 people. Included is Sky TV and Freeview. Wifi also available. Outside there is a large BBQ terrace and plenty of outside dining areas, 9m x 4m swimming pool with slide, adjoining 4m x 4m childrens pool and outside games area with table tennis and darts. All these extras will make a special memorable stay in this stunning well equipped villa.

Booking Notes

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

Other bedroomsOn the upper level are 2 further doubles and 2 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower and one with en-suite bathroom.

Travelling to the Property

Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.

Alicante Airport is 1hr 15 minutes (approx). Valencia Airport is 1hr 40 mins (approx).

 

Further Details

Changeover days are flexible. It is requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 16.00pm.
