The accommodation is one level and there is easy access to the south facing terraces and just a few steps to the lovely pool area with lots of space for outdoor dining and sun bathing. There is a Barbecue area and well maintained gardens.
Lounge with dining area with doors leading to a covered naya and terrace with sun awning, separate fitted kitchen. 3 double bedrooms, master bedroom having an en suite shower room, family bathroom plus shower room. All bedrooms have Air Con Units. Wifi available.
Secure parking for 2/3 cars via electric gates. Video security entrance.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

There is also a separate casita with a double bed and bathroom to sleep 2 extra people at an extra charge of 150 Euros per week.

The accommodation is all on one level and there are no steps from the drive and car port. Just a few steps to the pool but this can be accessed from the side of the house to avoid the steps.

The covered naya and south facing terrace leads directly from the living room and overlooks the 8 m x 4 m pool with Roman Steps, barbecue area and lots of space for sun bathing and outdoor dining.

The lovely sandy beach at the Arenal in Javea is ideal for families and young children. It is approx 3 km to the town and port of Javea, where you will find many excellent bars, restaurants and shops. There are other beautiful resorts up and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive.

Javea Golf Club with its 9 hole course and the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, are an approx. 20 minute drive.

Car hire is recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive.

Alicante airport is 105 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 125 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 20 km from here.

Changeover days are flexible but it requested the villa is vacated by 10.00am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

The Villa was as expected from the details and photos, the location was not too far from the old town and yes, a car was very important. The views and south facing aspect were fantastic and we would definitely consider the villa again
