Holiday Let Booking and Other Information
1. Booking Information for Moraira and Javea Villa Rentals
A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to the start date or immediately if earlier. Cancellation of the booking after the final payment has been made will result in no monies being refunded. Cancellation after the 35% payment but before the final payment has been made will result in just the initial 35% payment being retained. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CURRENT COVID CANCELLATION TERMS WHERE APPLICABLE.
Breakages, Loss and Damage
A non-refundable charge of €10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
To Book the Villa
To book a villa, simply click the “Book Now” button on the villa you wish to book (this is a yellow button in the “Book this property” box near the top of the page). When we receive the completed booking form we will send you an email confirming your booking and include payment details (please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive this email). The payment of the initial 35% payment will now be due and we will hold the property for up to 1 week from the time we send you the payment instructions. Failure to send payment during this time will result in the villa becoming available for others to book.
2. Local Hire Shops
Local hire shops are available in the area e.g. for cots and high chairs, etc. The property details will mention if such items are already at the property. The hiring of any items will have to be arranged by you.
Linen can be changed weekly at an additional cost to the standard cost quoted. Please let us know if you require this service.
4. Access/Departure Times
We cannot guarantee access to the property prior to 4pm. We ask guests to vacate the property by 10am.
5. Interim Cleaning
Interim cleans can also be arranged at an extra cost.
