Charming property on a small private complex tucked away in a quiet area of Moraira within walking distance of the town and beach. Open plan design to incorporate the kitchen, living/dining room with TV, Wifi and access to the outside terrace overlooking the garden where there is a path leading to the communal pool area. The master bedroom with double bed, the twin bedroom and 1 family bathroom are on this level. Downstairs (internal staircase) there is 1 further bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, a family bathroom and the utility room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and wifi available.

The air conditioning is available at an additional cost of 50 euros per week, if required.
A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.
Living room / Dining room
The living room has direct access to the terrace and has 2 x 2 seater sofa, coffee table, tv and WIFI. The dining area is adjoined. There is a table with 6 chairs, a cabinet with a radio and has also direct access to the kitchen.
The open plan kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
On the same level as the living room you will find 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, A/C unit and mosquito nets. Bedroom 2 has 2 separate beds, built in wardrobes, A/C unit, mosquito nets and an awning.
Upstairs inbetween the 2 bedrooms you will find the family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and sink.
Downstairs you will find another family bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and sink.
This bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds, A/C unit, stand alone cabinet and built in wardrobes and mosquito net.
Also downstairs there is a separate room where you will find the washing machine, an extra fridge/freezer, sink, iron board. A door will lead you to the garden area.
To enter the house there are 14 steps to the kitchen door or 18 steps to the terrace. Downstairs is reachable after 15 steps. There are 3 steps along the path to the communal pool.
There is a terrace on the same level as the living room and downstairs a low maintenance garden with little stones. Close by you will find the large communal pool (1 minute walk away). Sun loungers are available.
Moraira town is a 20 minute gentle walk and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. The main beach is also walking distance and just a 5 minute drive by car. There is also the lovely beach at El Portet and Marina.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 15 minutes by car.
Use of a hire car is recommended.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
