This attractive penthouse apartment is spread over two floors, comprising of a stunning master bedroom suite on the top floor with huge private roof terrace offering views of the Montgo mountain, another kingsize bedroom with en-suite on the lower level and a single bedroom with pull out bed. The modern lounge and open plan kitchen leads out to an enclosed covered terrace for dining which leads onto a further outside covered open terrace seating area. The apartment has Satellite TV with TV channels available in many different languages (Belgian, Dutch, German, French, English etc.) , DVD, Fibre Optic Wifi, and air conditioning throughout, electric shutters, mosquito nets, underground secure private parking, communal pool, gym, padel court and steam room.

There is a €75 supplement per week for air conditioning.
The top floor master bedroom suite is large enough to accommodate a further extra bed to make it a family bedroom, providing sleeping for 7 guests in the apartment if required. No smoking and no pets.
A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Large spacious lounge with corner sofa, Satellite TV, DVD, Fibre Optic Wifi, air conditioning. Sliding doors lead to a closed terrace for dining, and a further door leading to outside covered seating area with mountain views.
Open plan kitchen located off the lounge area, well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor, tall fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Dolce Gusto Coffee machine.
Master bedroom suite
Very large kingsize bedroom with fitted wardrobes, extra bed, air conditioning, electric shutters, en-suite walk in shower room, sliding doors leading out to huge roof terrace with spectacular mountain views.

There is one en-suite walk-in shower room to the master bedroom, an en-suite bath with overhead shower to the second bedroom, and an additional family shower room.
There a lift from the underground parking up to the apartment, as well as stairs. Ramps are available throughout the complex for those with walking difficulties or pushchairs.
The communal swimming pool has a Jacuzzi pool at one end, feature pool showers and beautifully kept Mediterranean gardens, padel court, gymnasium, steam room, games room, a restaurant overlooking the marina, and underground secure parking.
The sandy beach of the Arenal is just a 5 minute walk, with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The old town and the port are easily accessible within a few minutes drive, with many shops, restaurant, boutiques, and day and night markets to meander around.
Javea Golf Club with its 9 hole course is a 10 minute drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 20 minutes and there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, approx. 30 minute drive.
The apartment is located in the resort of Javea, just 100 km from Alicante Airport, approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes by car, and approx. 125 km from Valencia Airport.
There are many other resorts and beaches to visit along the coast within 30 minutes drive.
Changeover days are flexible. The apartment will be available from 4 pm, and we request it is vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
