This charming detached villa close to Moraira has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms arranged over 2 floors with a spiral staircase for internal access.
Entrance to lower floor is via sliding patio doors into the spacious beamed lounge with 2 sofas and large flat screen TV (WiFi) with dining area off that seats 8 and leads to the curved kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor 1 with king size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle which can also be accessed from the hall and a twin bedded room. There is also a further shower room on the lower floor.
The upper floor comprises of 2 further bedrooms 1 twin, 1 double and 2 more bathrooms 1 en-suite. There is a comfortable lounge and a kitchenette and an outside naya with lovely views over the pool terrace. The pool terrace is split level with plenty of room for outside dining. Plenty of off road parking.
Prices range from €1600 to €1800 / week.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of
€ 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €10. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Charming beamed room with a rustic feel the whole lounge and dining area is spacious and light with Sat. TV and Wifi.

There is a total of 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suite
The villa is approached by a quiet road with a gentle slope, a few steps separate the split level terrace and there are stairs to the upper floor but the lower floor is easily accessed from the flat entrance drive.
Outside the Property
The pool is approx. 10 m x 5 m in size and 1 m - 2 m deep. The terrace is split level with plenty of room for outside dining, with brick built BBQ, Shaded naya for loungers. Plenty of off road parking.
Details on the Coast and Beach
Moraira town and Moraira beach are a simple walk of just above 10 minutes, or 2 minutes by car. The blue flag beach in Moraira is perfect for families with young children and there is also the lovely smaller beach at El Portet.
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.
Travelling to the Property
Car hire would be recommended as there are other resorts up and down the coast such as Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Javea, Gandia and Oliva, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here

We were a group of 8, 7 adults and a teenager and stayed at Casa Clare on Calle Morera in Moraira. From booking to arrival, and throughout our stay, this was a great villa! And Moraira and Javea Holidays were helpful, efficient and completely professional and reliable. A bonus when you are booking a holiday online. We chose this house, for its proximity to town and for the fact that there are essentially 2 living spaces, which is perfect for large family groups sharing accommodation. The accommodation was excellent - clean and with all necessities provided. The pool area is really good with a large pool and areas to relax both in and out of the sun. A separate upper outdoor area with barbecue and table and chairs gives another place to relax and to eat. The large lounge with fully opening patio doors is yet another space to relax while still feeling that you are outside (just cooler!). And furthermore, there is an upstairs veranda for anyone who REALLY needs to get away from the crowd! This house is an easy 10 minute walk to Moraira (slightly longer coming back because it's a little uphill - don't be put off by this, it's not steep - and anyway taxis are cheap). A car is not necessary as long as you are content to spend your holiday relaxing by your pool, strolling to the beach for a swim, choosing from a vast range of restaurants and bars to eat and drink in, shopping in some really lovely shops to suit every budget, enjoying local festivals......what could be better after a hard year at work. This was our third holiday in Moraira and we look forward to returning.
July 2017: family Norris - in general the villa was perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed the layout, the pool and the location! We also found using your company, Moraira & Javea Villas, great. It was nice to deal with a relaxed company that allowed to check in and out to suit our flights, as well as being in easy contact with you & the out of hours contact plus the fact that we could collect the keys from the actual villa was an added bonus!
July 2017: We were delighted with the villa, it was spacious and fully equipped (from a hair dryer to a garlic press). The beds were comfy and the AC a bonus in the bedrooms as the temperatures hit 35 degrees .The pool was the icing on the cake , so big we barely wanted to leave to go to the beach. The large out door space made alfresco meals a real pleasure under the three large canvas umbrellas. The supermarkets are in easy walking distance across the vineyard. With the town with many restaurants and bars very close by, a car isn’t really needed if you are prepared to walk with your provisions. All in all a great villa . The service from Moraira and Javea Villas was fantastic with a particular shout out to Alex who went as far
as nipping out in his van to buy us cold water on our arrival (we turned up on foot in the heat of the day) .
August 2016: A Fantastic Villa - We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this villa in Moraira and would not hesitate to stay there again. It is well situated within a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre (it is at the top of a short hill). The villa itself was probably the best we have stayed in. It is arranged with the main kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor along with two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and with two further bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) upstairs. But there is also a small kitchenette and lounge area upstairs so that, if you are travelling in a group (we had 3 generations of our family), there can be some privacy if needed. Inside the villa all was good and the outside area, both on ground level and upstairs, was lovely. Great pool too. We had a great holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

Thoroughly enjoyed and found local area lovely- very useful guide book too- fonts D'agar well worth the trip!
