Booking Notes

The property sleeps 6 but there are additional childrens bunk beds in one of the bedrooms if necessary. No pets.

A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Accessibility

The villa is accessed via two short flights of steps. Internal staircases are leading to the bedrooms on the different levels.

Outside the Property

There are spacious front and back terraces, the terrace to the rear has dining table, chairs and a built in BBQ. Just a short walk away there is the lovely communal swimming pool.

Details on the Coast and Beach

Walking distance to Las Rocas Beach. Moraira town and harbour and wonderful modern marina, are just a short walk away. Other beach resorts such as Javea, Calpe and Altea are a 20 minute drive.

Golf Details

Close to several high quality golf courses, The La Macheta in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.

Travelling to the Property

Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is a 5 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.

Useful Distances

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 11 km from here.

Further Details

Changeover days are flexible, but it is requested that guests vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
