This 3 bed-roomed 2 bathroom villa is ideal for the perfect holiday with lounge/diner and separate modern kitchen it has 3 bedrooms which share a full bathroom and a shower room.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are mosquito screens and shutters in all bedroom and living areas. The lounge leads off to the terrace and pool area where there are six sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen and Gas BBQ, the garden is beautifully maintained with a raised level grassy area.
There is parking for 2-3 cars in the drive behind electronic gates. It is in a quiet location just a 10 minute drive to the beach and the centre of Moraira.

A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of
€ 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Bright and airy with 2 sofas and an armchair, flat screen TV (with UK channels), Dining table and 6 chairs, ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is also an additional table and 6 chairs in the naya.

There is one full bathroom with bath and shower over with glass shower screen and a further shower room.
The villa is accessed via the drive and 8 steps up to the terrace then is on one level apart from 1 step from the naya to the terrace and pool
Outside the Property
There is an 8 m x 4 m kidney shaped pool with roman steps. Pleasant private garden with kitchen and BBQ area with Gas BBQ, a further grassy area is on a higher level accessed via steps.
Details on the Coast and Beach
The main beach of Moraira is approx. 5 km from the villa and is ideal for families with young children. The delightful town of Moraira with its wonderful modern marina is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of bars, excellent restaurants and shops.
There is the 9 hole Golf de Ifach course in Moraira. Javea Golf Club is just a short drive away and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Benidorm clubs are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Travelling to the Property
Use of a hire car is essential. There are many interesting places to visit on the north Costa Blanca. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia and Javea are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 11 km from here.
No smoking is permitted in the villa and no pets.

The pool is beautiful and we have enjoyed it every day.
Summer cuisine brings even more of a holiday taste. The location is ideal always a little wind... we love this house that we have already rented twice and we will come back to it with pleasure.

The villa is exceptionally well maintained and equipped. Lovely pool and grounds in a quiet hilly residential location with spectacular views. The location is great and only a ten minute drive into Moraira with its fort and beaches. We particularly enjoyed our early morning swim at the pretty El Portet beach, and walking around the town in the evening with good tourist shops and restaurants. Self catering was made easy with the modern and excellent Mercadona supermarket just a two minute drive away. The surrounding towns and villages are picturesque and worth exploring.
The service from the management company was exemplary. When we arrived there was a small problem with the water quality in the pool but they responded immediately and it was quickly resolved. In fact we booked a villa with the same company the previous year and the service was equally impressive. We have rented villas in Spain for the last few years and this was the best we have had so far.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The photos did not do the villa justice! The house was immaculately clean on arrival and really well equipped. The local area was perfect for couples and families and close to amenities and beaches which made it a thoroughly enjoyable family holiday. The pool was brilliant; very well used by our twins and kept really clean. We couldn’t fault the accommodation or service received from Moraira and Javea villas- the communication was excellent- and it’s highly likely we will return in the future.

We've enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely. It has all the space and modern comfort that we look for in a vacation residence. We immediately saw that it is very well maintained. Also the location is perfect. If this property would ever come up for sale please contact us as we would be very much interested in buying this house. As for the service provided by your organisation we can be very positive as well. All the time we got a very quick and clear communication. Way to go! We enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. The whole property - house, areas, pool and garden - were very well maintained and very clean, it is the most important point for us. The private pool was of good size and shape (bean shape). The deposit box for the key upon arrival is appreciated. The barbecue - with gaz - was useful and of a good quality and ease of use. We enjoyed also to leave the house exceptionally at noon.

We stayed at this nice villa for three weeks with my family of 5. The villa is well finished and is very complete. Everything from the sunbeds down to the glasses is of the same quality as you would have at your own home and is well maintained. The outdoor kitchen was maybe my favorite place that was stocked with charcoal and lighting fluids upon arrival. The bedrooms have separate air conditioners but due to the building itself we hardly used them, yet the outside temperature was well above 30 degrees. A point of improvement could be a fence, when on the terrace you are in plain view from the communal pool from across the street. Also it can be quite windy when sitting on the terrace. The villa is in a quiet area with low traffic and between two hills, due to these hills there is no early morning sun and no evening sun. Personally these are my two favorite times of the day and I missed those. The pool is well looked after by the pool-boy/guy and big enough to plunge and have fun in. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough to prepare a decent meal in. Overall: this is a nice villa to call home for a few weeks during your vacation.
