Air conditioning supplement of 75 euros per week

A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

On the lower level there is one double bedroom with en-suite toilet, free standing wardrobes, one double with fitted wardrobes and room fans. The upper level had two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Gas heating available in all.

Bathrooms

The upper level has one family bathroom with corner bath, toilet and sink, the lower level has a family shower room with walk in shower, toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to one of the double bedrooms.

Outside the Property

The 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with Roman steps, has a large terrace with sun loungers, various seating areas including a large covered outside kitchen, BBQ and dining for 10 people. Parking on private gated driveway for one car.

Details on the Coast and Beach

The villa is close to the coast and the resorts of Moraira and Calpe. Other beach resorts such as Denia, Altea and Javea are all within a 30 minute drive.

Golf Details

Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 20 minutes by car.

Travelling to the Property

Alicante airport is 90 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway, exit 63 for Benissa and the property is 7 km away.

Further Details

Changeover days are flexible, but it is requested that guests vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.

De Whispelaere - July 2019:

Fine villa for families with slightly older children because of the different levels.
Everything is provided in the kitchen, nice that there were also towels for the pool.
Dead end street is also a plus, containers nearby, plenty of space around the pool, neat rooms, plenty of storage.

Disadvantages:
Bathroom downstairs: while showering the water runs everywhere in the bathroom, a gutter on such might help.
Maintenance of the plants and lawn could be a little better, lots of dirt in the pool and not a net to detect to everything out every day to fish.

Response back from the owner: They will have a look to enclose the shower downstairs to stop the flooding and next year there will be a regular gardener and a pool net so the guests can keep the pool clean in between the visits of the pool man.
