A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €10. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The penthouse apartment is accessed via a lift and stairs also, is spread over two floors and has access to the underground parking from both.
The apartment is positioned literally across the road from the beach, has a pretty communal pool, and lots of private outside terrace space.
There are various beach bars and an array of local restaurants, bars and shops all within just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Both Javea Golf Club and La Sella Golf Complex near Denia are approx. 15 minutes drive away.
Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 20 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Javea is just a 30 minute drive.
There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Denia, Oliva and Gandia, all within a 30 minute drive. This apartment is also ideal for those not wishing to drive as all amenities are within walking distance.
Changeover days are flexible but it requested the apartment is vacated by 10:00 and access on arrival is available from 16:00, unless prior arrangements have been made.
