The owner has requested no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony and no pets are allowed. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided (& 2 hairdryers)
A 35% payment is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

There is a lift to the apartment and the accommodation is on one level. There are 10 steps up to the lift.

The main sandy beach, ideal for families with young children and the picturesque marina and is just a 5 minute walk. Cleaned daily and has lifeguards. El Portet beach, a smaller beach with shallow waters, safe bathing and beachside cafe bars is a 15 minute stroll.
Javea Golf Club is a 20 min drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 15 minutes and there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Oliva Nova Golf, approx. 30 minute drive.
A car is not essential whilst you are staying in Moraira but there are many other interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular beach resorts of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
A minimum stay of 7 days. Changeover days are flexible but it is requested the apartment is vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
