Booking Notes

No pets permitted, no smoking inside the townhouse and no barbecues permitted in or around the property. Reasonable use of the air conditioning is requested - overuse will result in a small additional charge.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €10. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Accessibility

The townhouse is spread over 3 floors so would not be suitable for guests that find stairs difficult.

There is a ground floor terrace outside the front of the town house with ample space for alfresco dining. The stunning communal swimming pool with slides is approx. a 5 minute walk from the townhouse.

Details on the Coast and Beach

It is just a 5 minute walk to the Cala Blanca Bay and approx. 15 minutes to the sandy beach, restaurants and bars at the Arenal beach. The nearest supermarket and local restaurants to the townhouse is just a 5 min walk away.

Golf Details

Javea Golf Club just a 15 minute drive away.

Travelling to the Property

A car is advisable to travel to and from the airport also if you intend to explore the surrounding towns although there is a shuttle service from the airport to Javea if you do not wish to hire a car. Once at the townhouse, everything is within walking distance.

Useful Distances

Alicante airport is 100 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 125 km to the north. The A7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 62 for Ondara and Denia and the property is just a 15 minute drive from here.

Further Details

Change over dates can be flexible, but access on arrival is available from 4 pm and we request the villa is vacated on day of departure by 10 am.
