The 156m2 terrace is the absolute highlight, with beautiful views over the town of Benitachell, mountains and the sea to both sides Moraira and Javea. This is the perfect space for sunbathing and enjoying some relaxing moments. The whole apartment has aircon.
On top you can enjoy a communal pool, which is situated on the roof, also with beautiful views. There is a gym free to use for guests. A free parking lot is located outside the building.

Booking Notes

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €10. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.

Very bright combined living and dining room benefits from Air conditioning, a table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa, TV with ASTRA channels. The room gives you direct access to the terrace.

The other bedroom has 2 separate beds, an A /C unit and built in wardrobes.

Accessibility

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and reachable with a lift. The entrance of the building is on a steep road (see picture 20)


Outside the Property

Outside you will find the 156m2 terrace from where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views over Benitachell, Moraira and Javea and the sea at Javea and Moraira. Also you will find the communal swimming pool. In the building you will also find a gym which you can use during your Holiday. Off street parking.


Details on the Coast and Beach

Benitachell is located half way between the coastal resorts of Moraira and Javea and just a 15 minute drive will take you to the lovely sandy Blue Flag beaches at Moraira and El Portet and marina. The resort of Javea comprises 3 main areas, the town with its shops and boutiques, the port with many restaurants and bars, and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade, again with a wide selection of restaurants and bars.


Golf Details

Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 20 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 10 minutes by car. Also there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia and Oliva Nova Golf, approx. 30 minute drive.


Travelling to the Property

Use of a Hire Car is recommended. The apartment is in a central location with good local restaurants close by and easy access to interesting places up and and down the coast, all within a 30 minute drive.


Useful Distances

Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Benitachell is just 9 km from here.
